We are excited to start our Spring season the week of February 23rd.

  • Registration open now through March 6th. Please note that the season begins February 23, but we will allow late registration through March 6th.
  • The season will be 10 weeks, ending the week of May 11th and allowing flexibility for school closures.
  • The end of season 5k celebration will be on May 17th, held in collaboration with the Wise Pies Pizza Run. Girls and their Running Buddies run for free!
  • Each girl receives 20 lessons, a season shirt, and a 5k medal upon completion.
  • Each school site has a different schedule, please refer to your school liason for information or reach out to tanya.hebert@girlsontherun.org with questions.

Financial Aid

The scholarship approval process is included in the online and paper registration process. Simply answer the scholarship questions during registration, and the computer will determine your eligibility and adjust the fee accordingly.

Registration Fees

Building confidence and setting young girls down the path of a healthy lifestyle is PRICELESS! However, there are real costs associated with operating a nonprofit organization and delivering the Girls on the Run program to participants in the Albuquerque area each year. Registration is $165 per girl and includes:

  • 20 ninety-minute sessions conducted by certified GOTR volunteer coaches
  • Curriculum and lesson materials
  • A healthy snack at each session
  • Official GOTR T-shirt and water bottle
  • 5K Registration fee
  • 5K Medal
